Free Instructional Video & Pamphlet
So that you may get the greatest benefit from any of your LifeForce experiences, we are making available two great tools to help you get started. One is a five-minute instructional video that you can watch right here online. (This is different from the Introduction to LifeForce video, which explains the LifeForce program and its benefits. You can watch that on the home page.) And the other is an instructional pamphlet that explains the basic commands and demonstrates basic positions. It's full of color photos that help you get famliar with LifeForce and its fundamentals. Together they will make your LifeForce experience much more relaxing and enjoyable for you.
Here's how you watch any LifeForce video:
- If you don't have it, download the free basic RealOne Player. At the RealOne website, you will be offered two options: one is free; the other is not. All you need for this class is the basic player, which is free. After downloading, return to this website. Either use your browser's back arrow, or find us in your Favorites.
- Watch the free five-minute instructional video. Best seen with a Broadband connection, but you should be able to watch even with DialUp.
Here's how you get the pamphlet:
The instructional pamphlet is free and is available in two download forms. You can read it online, but it's even better if you print it out. The first option is a small file that is most appropriate for those with slower Internet connections. The second is a much higher quality but larger file, which is most appropriate for those who have Broadband connections or for those who have the time for a long download.
Whichever you choose, the content and illustrations are the same. Be sure to read this pamphlet over before your first LifeForce experience. Even when you've been doing LifeForce for a while, it's good to check out the pamphlet again. It always helps you give yourself a review. Don't worry about memorizing everything.
